Since those Capri Sun–soaked days, I’ve created and managed growth-fueling content programs for mom ‘n pops like Google, Verizon, Barclays, Thermo Fisher, Converse, Zelle, Vanguard and Citrix. Prior to my agency career, I did a convincing impression of a staff editor at The New York Times, BBC.com and Time Inc., among others. (Check the ‘Deep cuts’ section of the homepage for clips.)

I’m drawn toward organizations that hold no fixed ideas about who they are, let alone who their customers are. The more ambiguous the brief, the more exciting the challenge — and the stronger the work we’ll do together.
